mySamsung is a handy service and reward app that allows Samsung users to access their product information, learn tips and tricks, access their rewards and also to get their Samsung phone diagnose remotely. Besides that, users are also able to communicate with customer service via chat service. Samsung wanted to introduce mySamsung to the users to communicate their product offerings.
Lighten Your Life with mySamsung. This concept dramatises the usage of the app with a twist. It showcase how the user's life is lighten with mySamsung. The campaign is launched via a website, online content and eDM to communicate to existing Samsung users to download the app today. To drive download, we held an online contest to lighten the prize with every download.
