HotLink has an existing service call Activ5 which allows user to add in their favourite 5 people who you've call & sms frequently which might likely consist of their family members and best friend. Due to the increase of mobile demand of having to stay in touch with more people, HotLink repackage this service into Activ10, where you can add your favourite 10 numbers and get special CALL & SMS rates.
